Provided Owner’s Engineering services including independent peer review of design, construction inspections, support for O&M services; and certification of commercial operation. 

This site was the initial build pilot of Westside Solar Park (WSP) which has ~250MW operational as of 2022, and the potential to expand to up to ~2700MW.
