Engineering & Project development services in collaboration with a development partner serving a commercial/agricultural portfolio client across several sites in HI and CA. Project sites include manufacturing, warehousing and processing plant facilities. The first phase of utility systems modernization includes integration of renewables and resilience capabilities for the flagship campus in Hawaii, with orchard to end product processing. Hybrid power solutions include biomass cogeneration combined with conventional diesel-fired on-site generation, Solar PV, energy storage and controls systems to provide utility cost savings, resiliency, and autonomy from unexpected grid outages.
