Meera BP, EIT

Meera has been designing commercial and utility scale photovoltaic energy projects for 4+ years. Her interest in renewable energy developed while she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Oregon State University. After taking a class about smart grids and electrical infrastructure resiliency, she was curious to see how photovoltaics could improve grid infrastructure and mitigate carbon emissions. This interest led her to Southern California to work in the solar design industry after she graduated in 2018. Through her work experience, she has honed her skills; from developing construction drawings and performing technical studies to managing complex engineering projects. There is always something new to learn.

Meera enjoys reading, bicycling, and spending time with her chickens.
