  • Support to CPSF’s IRP process with siting of solar assets in SF and other Bay Area Properties, 75MW+, including coordination with stakeholders such as other City departments, Hetch Hetchy Water and Power and PG&E. 

  • CPSF program development and management support, including strategic planning and development around new and existing programs.

  • Utility-scale procurement and development support and analytical reviews for CPSF of competitive offers for wholesale energy supply for new solar and wind projects with storage.

  • PV/BESS feasibility assessments for CPSF, SFMTA, Moscone Convention Center, Public Library

  • Design, permitting, and CA for an 800-kW solar PV system at Moscone West

  • Procurement/implementation support for CPSF for a PPA at multiple in-city solar/BESS sites

  • Design of rooftop PV and BESS system for an administrative building

  • Concepts for 10-45MW PV and BESS on SFPUC-owned property. Developed a portfolio analysis of SFPUC properties for solar siting. Included conceptual plans and cost modeling, and OE services for procurement and implementation of several sites to provide front-of-meter power under PPAs.
